Endpapers and page edges are lightly tanned and foxed. Boards are a little rub worn, slight shelf wear to corners, spine and edges. Corners are a little bumped. Spine ends are mildly crushed. Tanning to spine and edges. Boards are bowed. Book has a forward lean.

Original publisher's brick-red boards - gilt embossed to the spine. Some foxing to the fore-edges and endpapers. The jacket has not been price-clipped. There is a chip at the head of the spine (virtually no loss of text) There is a sellotape repair to the verso of this tear/chip and several other tiny repairs to the verso of the jacket - to the corners and to the tail of the spine. A very good plus, tight clean copy in very good minus jacket.
