Light rubbing to the leather, edges of the boards are worn, but still this is a very good copy. The second edition of Lady Charlotte Guest's translation from the Welsh, and with a new preface in which she delineates the changes from the first edition, notably in her attempt to "preserve in Saxon English the primitive simplicity of the Welsh original."
