London: William Heinemann, 1929. First edition, limited to 775 copies signed by the author, this copy no. 268. Cover design adapted from a woodcut by Percy Smith. Tan hardcover printed in teal blue, poem printed on heavy deckle-edged laid paper, 32 pages. tan chipboard slipcase. Light edgewear, lower edge lightly bumped, attractive Art Deco bookplate of Charles Peter Alford on the front pastedown, light foxing to endpapers but heavy tanning to half-title and final page of poem, pages otherwise clean and unmarked. The slipcase is chipped, unevenly faded and worn, split along some edges, but repairable.. Signed by the Author. First, Limited Edition. Hard Cover. Good/Poor Slipcase. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall.
