Putnam, 1980. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good/Good. 8vo. A Very Good copy in a Good dustjacket. DJ has edgewear, shelfwear, rubbing, a very small (less than 1/4') tear on the bottom of the front cover, and another about the same size on the bottom of the back cover. Book has edgewear, toning to pages, shelfwear to boards, and an ink remainder stamp on both the bottom edge of the text block and the front endpaper.
