Light staining on bottom edge of interior of front board and first interior page; similar staining on bottom page edges near book spine. Dust jacket is in Fine condition; book has overall tight binding and pages still look in excellent condition.
BookVoice Publishing First Edition, First Printing as no other editions or printings listed on copyright page. Signed by author "his ownself" on special tipped-in page stating only 500 copies were printed; instead of number, "PC" is written which stands for "Publisher's Copy".
