Simon and Schuster, 1959. 2nd printing. Hardcover. GOOD/CLIPPED-FAIR. 576 pages including an Index is an unmarked hardcover in CLIPPED dust jacket. 10 1/4 x 8 1/4 x 1 5/8 inches. Dust jacket also has tears with chipped corners and horizontal creases along edges with light soiling. Cloth boards are in very good condition. There are a few acid-burned pages due to previously inserted newspaper clippings, now removed. On page 360 one of these clippings is taped to page.
