An interesting map of the Malibu area from Little Sycamore Road in the north to Topango Canyon in the south with much interesting information on the roads, canyons, beaches, hotels etc proposed and current. While issued by real estate brokers, there are no specific subdivisions noted. On the verso is information on "Historical Malibu" and Places of Interest. .
