Very Good. pp.249 with index, illustrations, maps. clean tight copy title page has a 1 3/4" tear up from botton near gutter, some corner creasing to first few pages, olive green cloth covers shows some soiling, title on spine is faded, top/bottom spines creased with some wear, corners show slight bumping with slight wear, backpiece has a 4 digit number written on it, front cover cloth shows specks of white Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall
