US: Government Printing Office, 1927. Hardcover. Good. Beige cloth over boards with black particulars to spine and front board. Pages of edits are included and intact with soiling to edges though all text is legible. Tearing and chipping to top corner of pages 96-116; writing in pen to margins of page 227, but text is otherwise unmarked. Text block is sunned with moderate shelf wear to fore edge; endpapers are foxed. Boards are soiled and foxed with rubbing and bumping to extremities; previous owner's name written at the top edge of front cover. Binding is sound, spine slightly leans.
