First published in 1932 in the UK in Strand Magazine, the story was later expanded into the novella-length Dead Mans Mirror. It was included in the collection Witness for the Prosecution and Other Stories, published in the US in 1948, and Problem at Pollensa Bay and Other Stories, which was released in the UK in 1991.This therefore is the first publication in book form. 935 pages with no tears or loss. Previous owners name.Dated 1933 third impression on the copyright page. Outer maroon boards with green letters on a slightly faded spine. Unmarked throughout. The photo copy wrapper is extremely rare as there are no original available anywhere.See through tape on rear panel.
