Has light upper and lower edge wear small tears and some tiny chips missing. Book has book plate pasted on flyleaf but no writing on it. Upper right corner has been erased and it has rubbed the color off. Upper front edge of boards is sun faded. Spine ends have slight bending. F. Hardcover.
