Edinburgh Public Libraries, Edinburgh, 1032, second edition, revised and with a census of copies in Edinburgh libraries; 8vo, pp 136 and with a frontispiece portrait of Cowan; printed on deckle-edged laid paper, opened but untrimmed; marbled boards, brown cloth spine gilt; slightly dusty in places but otherwise a very good copy in very clean condition throughout. ... The work appeared first in "The Book of the Old Edinburgh Club", volume XII, 1923, this being the first in separate book form.
