Barry, Etheldred B.. 8vo. 388 pp. Green publisher's cloth with decorative gilt titling, red flowers, and red and green cover image of four children holding hands. Corners bumped, spine cocked. Spine cloth faded, ends lightly chipped. Rear board partially sunned. Very small stain to text block fore edge, affecting few leaves at outer margin, with more staining to pp 216-217, not affecting text. Text block lightly toned but otherwise clean. Black and white frontispiece and illustrations throughout.
