About This Item

New York and London: Harper & Brothers, March, 1925[Copyright 1923]. First Edition, Later Printing. Hardcover. Very good +/very good. A Very Good + copy of this 1925 (early) printing in the Publisher's original red cloth showing some pushing to the spine ends, light wear to each board's leading corners, and some darkening/soiling within the spine joints. A bookplate resides on the front free endpaper's recto and bears the presumed prior owner's signature. The closed page blocks top edge is stained light brown. The volume wears its SCARCE TO RARE DUST JACKET in Very Good condition which shows some edge wear as well as some darkening, marking, and modest wear to the spine panel. A rather nice and attractive copy in the dust jacket.
