First edition, inscribed to painter Ann Mikoloski and her husband, poet Ken Mikolowski, co-founders of Detroit's Alternative Press. Items laid in include: a signed typewritten letter, also to the Mikolowskis; Kaminski's "Postcard Poem / Number 3932," c. 1974, printed by Fallen Angel Press; and a stapled brochure from the Detroit Public Library with a reading list for International Women's Year (1975). Wraps. Square 8vo. Black and white photographic wraps. Lightly edgeworn, with traces of soil and foxing to covers; very good plus. INSCRIBED on title page: "To Ken and Ann / From Margaret Kaminiski". Three pieces of ephemera in near fine condition laid in, including a typed letter from Kaminski, also signed "Margaret"
