(ISBN: 6 937829 700122). A near fine copy in like clamshell box. This was a Beijing 2008 Official Licensed Product. Contains 5 commemorative silver badges and one commemorative medallion. Each silver badge weighs 3 grams made of 999 pure silver and carries the images of the 5 mascots of the XXIX Beijing Olympiad. The medallion is made of bronze plated with silver and gold and carries the image of the logo of the XXIX Olympiad. An explanatory note in the album tells the background to the creation of the mascots and their significance to the Chinese people and its culture. This album was offered for sale in the Peoples Republic of China (during the Olympics) at Yuan 5,900 (approx. £600). I can find no other copies for sale on the www at this time.
