Washington: Government Printing Office, 1883. Hardcover; 8vo; 441 pages. Scarce. Ex-lib, with front hinge detatched. Half bound in blue leather, heavily rubbed and torn, missing bottom 1/3 of spine. Blue pebbled cloth on sides, sunned to grey and wrinkled. Library call number under laminate on spine and upper board. A little loosely bound but still bright and clean interior, with water damage on bottom half, not obscuring on damaging the text. Library markings on all endpapers. READING COPY. Hardcover. Reading Copy/No DJ.
