Front end paper loose but present. Dampstain and one closed tear to title page. Small stain to top edge. Some wear and dampstains to covers. Softening to extremities of spine. [Our rating system: 1. Fine; 2. Near Fine; 3. Very Good; 4. Good; 5. Fair.].
