Octavo, vi, 466 pp. Good; bound in contemporary leather with some cracking to spine hinges and wear to corners; boards slightly shaken but binding else tight; text block has some areas of discoloration; pages show deep age-toning and foxing; previous owner bookplate on inside front pastedown "Charles Robert Bree;" previous owner name in pencil, ink stamp and in handwritten ink on ffep and title page "Mann Page Nelson M.D.," "M*P*NELSON" and "Mann P.
