This is the 1969 edition which is the 4th printing (1st print was 1947); tight clean and unmarked, no age toning on text, light and uniform toning on inside of boards and end pages, boards likewise clean and undamaged with gilt lettering on spine still vivid, dust jacket shows two small closed tears along top edge and surface abrasion on front of dj where it appears a sticker was removed perhaps, front flap of dj snipped at corners, when removed dj shows some toning on the inside, if one puts one nose directly into book there is a slight musty smell, overall Very Good Minus/Good Minus condition.
