New Albany, Ia.: Anderson, 1851. First Edition. 213,[2]pp. Illus., port. frontis. Original small octavo decorated cloth Missionary experiences 1830-1850 in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. The short appendix discussed proposed activities in Texas, New Mexico, and the Rocky Mountain states. Most of his reports are from Louisville. Unrecorded by Byrd and Peckham's Indiana Imprints. A very scarce and important eyewitness account of missionary life in the middle west. Not in Coleman, Buck, Eberstadt, Thomson, Sabin, Clark or Howes. A scarce account by an Indiana man living and working in Louisville, Ky.

Small tears at the crown, front hinge just a touch tender, some scattered foxing, a very good copy. Experiences of a missionary in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. Published in Indiana, but printed in Louisville, Kentucky. Uncommon.
