USA: Archon Books, 1967. 1967 edition. Very good in unevenly faded dustjacket. Blue cloth, black and white plates, blue printed dustjacket. The book has a firm text block, clean pages, name and date on front free endpaper, no other markings. The mylar protected dustjacket is not priceclipped [10.00] and has a sun-faded but legible spine with additional fading to the top of the front panel, no chips or tears.. Hard Cover. Very Good/Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
