Paperback. Good. Washington: Gales & Seaton, 1822. First Edition 18th Cong., 1st Sess. SD51. pp 1-81. Disbound. Lambert's Report contain many astronomical and mathematical calculations, with explanatory remarks, relating to the creation of the Nation's Capitol. Lambert's first Report published in 1822; of it, OCLC locates only a single copy (at William College). Some toning and light foxing/ staining, but overall a very good example of this rare document.
