Marbled end papers. All text block edges are gilt with rouded corners. Four marker ribbns set into the headband. No date of publication is given other than the preface being dated 1962. Previous owner's name and date (1964) on the verso of the front free end paper. The text of the Mass is bilingual with Latin on the verso (left hand page) and the corresponding German on the recto (right hand page). The rubrics are in German only. Two small pulls or tears in the spine head and the front joint is a wee bit rubbed. Otherwise very clean with a sound binding. Present also is the original black vinyl slip case in a near fine condition. This missal appears to have been used very little if at all. .
