Green cloth boards, 7 x 10 inches, front shows bright & shiny paste-down of Donald Duck in a heap on the floor with Mickey triumphantly leaping over him, both wearing roller-skates. Spine faded, corners slightly rubbed and boards marked in places. Some foxing to illustrated endpapers and small neat ink inscr. to ffep. Pages clean and colour illustrations still bright. Size: 10 x 7 Inches

Dean & Son, London, no date [1947]; apparently large 8vo, though unsigned, 200x250mm; dark green cloth overlaid with a pictorial cover sheet; firm and tight internally but with some rubbing and fraying of both outer hinges and with the front hinge slightly torn in a couple of places and repaired with a small piece of adhesive tape but overall a good copy; neat manuscript gift inscription on the front fly dated 1947.
