New York: Harper & Brothers, 1876. First edition. 8vo, red cloth, stamped in gilt; 625pp. + ads. With 108 illustrations. Occasional foxing. Corners bumped and worn, some staining and soiling, and wear at spinal ends. Internally, a few signatures are starting. Overall, about good. But, this is Percival Lowell's copy with his signature, dated "Tokio - 1883 - " As such - a unique item!
