Binding is tight, sturdy, and square; wear to green cloth boards is very minor; black and gilt titling remains bright and bold. Ends of spine bumped. Significant foxing to all endpapers and first and last few pages of the book, as well as to jacket and text block. Jacket also chipworn at ends of spine and corners; toned and rubbed; closed tear to front panel; edges worn. Interior is free of previous owner markings.
