Cambridge, MA: Harvard University Press, 1954. First edition, 1954. Light magenta cloth, frontis portrait of Mary Blackford, additional full page black and white portraits, with dustjacket. The book is in good to very good condtion with some fading to the lower edge of the front cover, good hinges, firm text block, clean pages with a name neatly written on the front free endpaper, a few notes on the rear free endpaper, no other markings. The mylar protected dustjacket is not priceclipped [5.00] and has some chipping to the spine ends, scuff from sticker removal at the upper corner of the front panel, edgewear.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Good/Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
