A trifle rubbed and marked. Marbled endpapers, later inked ownership inscription to verso of FFEP, very occasional light spotting. A handsomely bound copy of a single-volume edition of Frederick Marryat's (1792-1848) adventure novel for children centred around a young man's voyage to Africa in search of a missing relative. . New edition. 8vo.
