This is a new impression of the translation of the fifth German edition from 1951, with minor stylistic changes only, in 230 pages + Index in rear. It is also the First Mass Market Paperback edition from Anchor (A101), & another in its collection of titles to which Edward Gorey contributed his art, though he did just the typography here; cover art by Sydney Butchkes. From a single collection, it is in Fine condition: just a tad less crisp than Brand New! Completely clean & bright & tight as if it just came from the publisher; appears never opened & nicely protected in new mylar collector bag to stay that way.
