The dust jacket is in poor condition with tears, chunks missing and old and new document tape repairs, the author photo on the rear is oxidized, the formerly white areas are now yellow, but there are two positives - it exists and the photo of 1939 deco interior is almost intact. The ivory buckram boards with beveled edges has brown stamping and the author's signature stamped in red, the edges are a little darkened with age around the edges.
