Full tan smooth leather with red spine label, raised spine bands, [4], 622, [17] index pages. Expected shelfwear and a short closed crack at the bottom of the front joint, front hinge internally cracked and secure, text block sound, coffee colored stain to bottom of first few pages, bookplate of Jon'A A. Welch inside front cver, handwritten name of Sylvanus Backus dated 1795 on the front free endpaper, pages otherwise clean and unmarked.. Hard Cover. Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
