Edinbugh: Thomas C. Jack Book has blue boards with light rubbing and bumping to corners and spine ends. Gilt lettering to spine, with the name Thomas Gibson in gilt lettering on the front board. A little bubbling to rear cover. A page of 'examplkes of engraving and enamelling for watches' has been taped to the inside of the front board, with notes in pencil on fep, and a border of foxing to fep. A page of 'Styles of Engraving' has been taped to the inside of the rear board. Spotting to title page, and light spotting throughout. Pencil drawings of the lettering on several of the pages, opposite the plates. Also several black sheets of further designs have been pasted in. A really interesting book. Please contact for images.. First Edition. Hard Back. Very Good.
