Paris:: A. and M. Vernant, Typographie Ecole municipale Estienne, 1926. A beautiful copy of this limited edition in slipcase. Signed by Mayeur with a dedication to Monsieur & Madame Maréchal. This is example #49/100 copies on Van Gelder paper. Ten beautiful etched plates. Each numbered and signed by Mayeur. Softback, with cream covers. Glassine cover which is somewhat darkened. There is a small nick to glassine only to the spine. Small label to spine with copy number written. Also included is a card from Mayeur, with a handwritten note on it wishing the recipient best Christmas wishes for 1931. The plates are in perfect condition. Loose in gathers as issued. Held in what appears to be the original slipcase. In very good condition, blue cloth and marbles sides, with just a little rubbing. 395 x 395 mm (15½ x 15½ inches). Un bel exemplaire de cette édition limitée sous étui. Signé par Mayeur avec une dédicace à Monsieur & Madame Maréchal. Il s'agit de l'exemple #49/100 exemplaires sur papier Van Gelder. Dix belles plaques gravées. Chacun numéroté et signé par Mayeur. Couverture souple, avec couvertures crème. Couvercle en verre un peu noirci. Il y a une petite entaille à glassine seulement à la colonne vertébrale. Petite étiquette au dos avec numéro d'exemplaire écrit. Une carte de Mayeur est également incluse, avec une note manuscrite dessus souhaitant au destinataire les meilleurs vœux de Noël pour 1931. Les assiettes sont en parfait état. Lâche dans les fronces comme émis. Tenu dans ce qui semble être l'étui d'origine. En très bon état, toiles bleues et côtés marbres, avec juste quelques frottements. 395 x 395 mm
