Announcement of a lecture by Vincent Hallinan, lawyer and 1952 presidential candidate on the Progressive Party ticket. Hallinan had visited Francis Gary Powers, the American pilot captured when his U-2 spy plane was shot down while on a reconnaissance mission of the Soviet Union in 1960.
