Their early morning search is filled with dangers: a snake hidden in the thick underbush, a fox running by, but the mice persist. The illustrations by Jan Brett enhance the perspective with a dandelion fluff towering over their heads and a strawberry so big, it tips Biggest Mouse backwards. Slightly oversized format, unpaginated.
