Printed paper wrappers; 114pp. Mailing label to front cover, else a tight, clean, Very Good copy. This issue comprises the full official Convention Report for the union's 1935 convention, held at the Book-Cadillac Hotel in Detroit September 9-14, 1935. Includes a lengthy message from Tom Mooney, written from his San Quentin prison cell, expressing "fraternal militant greetings" with the conventioneers and pleading for assistance in his legal defense. A previous owner has outlined this passage in the Proceedings in blue pencil.
