About This Item
New Brunswick, Canada: Mount Allison University, 1980. Card wraps. The preface begins: " This epistle is an attempt to narrate some of the various episodes and anecdotes related to life on a small campus. It is by no means a formal history, but rather a random collection of anecdotes and nostalgia, written for the pleasure and benefit of former and present students, and their friends and relations." Dr. Donald MacLauchlan was invited to write a series of anecdotal accounts of some of the more interesting persons and events in Mount Allison's history beginning in 1925 with his student days and continuing through his personal life, his deanships, and his service as executive director of the Alumni, from which he was retiring. This book will be found to be interesting and most amusing! Light crease to front wrap. A nice clean, bright copy with no ownership markings.. Soft Cover. Very Good.
