Slight cracking to gutters with exposed netting and severe cracking to hinges causing boards and a few pages to be loose. Pages have light tanning and foxing throughout. Tears to some page edges, text remains unaffected. Previous owner's inscription to front free endpaper. Minor dog-eared corners. Notable liquid stains to pp48-9 and 110-115 (more minor marks elsewhere); text remains legible. Boards have some shelf-wear with corner bumping. Light tanning to spine and edges with crushing and fraying to spine ends. Some rub marks and staining overall with rectangular sticker outline to front. Spine feels loose with a vertical crease. Small brown liquid stain to rear.
