DJ nearly complete, with small edge chips. Inscribed to J.B. Bishop and signed. Everybody knows Punch, according to this author, who traces him from Italy to France, and finally, to England. The lighthearted text reads rapidly. Included is the libretto of Punch's Opera. 165 pp..
