Cream paper over boards with maroon cloth overlay on the spine with bright gilt lettering on the spine. 266 pp 8vo. 150 years later, modern forensic medicine discovers one of history's greatest crimes. Napoleon suspected that he would be murdered and even requested an autopsy. The crime was clever, murder could not be proven, and the killer escaped until now when a forensic detective, Dr. Sten Forshufvud, an expert on poison, came n the scene and proves that someone in Napoleon's entourage, posing as his friend, slowly poisons him. A clean very presentable copy in a Brodart mylar jacket.
