Paris: Charpentier et Fasquelle, 1921. Leather. Very Good Indeed. 8" by 5.5". None. Collection of poetry by poet and dramatist Edmond Rostand. In the original French. Edmond Rostand was a French poet and dramatist associated with the neo-romantic movement and most famous for his play Cyrano de Bergerac. In a quarter morocco binding with marbled boards. Gilt stamped spine with floral design and gilted top edge. Externally, excellent with just minor shelfwear to the extremities and fading to spine. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are generally bright and some odd spots to last few pages. Pages are unevenly cut. Very Good Indeed

Based in the literary city of Bath, our offices are housed in the Eastern Dispensary. Built in 1845, the building originally existed as a charitable institution providing medical care. The building now houses our collection of over twenty thousand books and has five full time members of staff.
