1902 hardcover as pictured. A comprehensive survey of mushrooms as of 1902 with an emphasis on edible varieties. Includes many illustrations and photographs. Binding is generally intact though several pages of front matter have come loose as has a tipped in photograph. Both hinges are cracked. Green cloth boards with gold stamping are rubbed and scuffed with fraying at edges and bumped corners. Owner's name on FFEP.
