Square 16mo., 217pp. Designed by Odette Ducarre, a collection of Navajo creation myths, translated by F. J. Temple and published by Robert Morel. Gold printed dark brown cloth, with large cover device resembling a wasp nest. This copy is inscribed by the transator to noted artist, Arthur Secunda and his wife. An intriguing note on limitation page uses the language : "Exemplaire hors commerce." Overall, an attractive copy.

Extremely rare volume of poetry and essays by the early 19th century French author, poet and literary figure, Delphine de Girardin née Gay. This small (4.5 in. x 2.75 in.) volume is over 180 years old and is in excellent condition. Quarter bound in green leather and marbled paper. The spine is embossed with gilt scrollwork, title and author. The hinge is tight and the pages slightly yellowed with age, but still in fine, readable condition. Red Silk bookmark is still attached and faded only on the surface outside the book. No internal markings, bookplates or tears to pages. A remarkably preserved book for its age!
