Boards have minor corner bumping and edgewear with mild sunning and scuffing overall. Spine has light sunning with soft crushing to ends. Book has a slight forward lean.

New York: Grosset & Dunlap, 1964. Hardcover. Very Good/No Jacket. The inteiror of the book is crisp and clean. There is a former owner's name on the free front end paper, but no other marks or wear. The laminated pictorial cover is in very good condition, with light wear at tips and corners. This series listings in the book ends with this title, and the one on the back cover ends with the previous title: Mystery of the Tibetan Caravan. Synopsis: Biff and his new friend Ahmed investigate the disappearance of Suji, a golden stallion.The boys suspect that the disappearance might have something to do with a pressure problem in the near-by Arabian oil field being investigated by the boys fathers, but there is much danger to face before they can get the information into the right hands.

Bancroft and Co, 1964. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good/Fair. In a fair-poor jacket which is shelf rubbed, edge worn and very creased and chipped, with two large chips out of the spine. The boards are a touch rubbed but remain sturdy. Internally, there is light tanning about the edges throughout, but there are no other markings or inscriptions, and the pages within are neat, crisp and complete.
