UK, 1861. 1 1/2" length worming page margin - 2 pages.. Heavy stock hand constructed covers with book tape spine. Concertina style. Inscribed Jan 28th T.H.E.A. A continuous roadway with anthropomorphic animals of all shapes and types enroute. The final two pages are the "fair" with only the vendors remaining with a progression of animals with various means of transportation, including riding on other animals to return to the village in the first two panels of the book. A dog rides a camel , a rooster rides a lion, a lion rides an elephant, a sheep dog drives a dog cart etc. One of special note is a porcupine holding an umbrella overhead while riding a greyhound or similar animal. There is a rabbit riding a rabbit, a pigeon riding a duck and many more. Dressed in their outing attire. Pages measures Pages measure 7 1/4" x 10 1/2
