New York: Morrow, 1969. A First Edition, First Printing 1st Printing. Hardcover. Near Fine/Near Fine. Near fine in a near fine unclipped dust jacket. The number "97" is written at the top corner of the first end paper, top front corner bumped and spine ends pushed a bit. Front jacket with a vertical crease from a former fold, and slightly toned throughout. First issue without two dots at the bottom of the copyright page, and with only reviews for "The Gospel Singer" on the back panel of the dust jacket.
