London: Blackie & Son Limited. Very Good in Very Good dust jacket. ©1961. Hardcover. 254 p. 18.5 cm. Copyright date only. Sound and square binding in blue, cloth-covered boards. Minor wear to the corner tips. A little fading to the spine ends. Top fore-corner of the front free endpaper has been clipped off. Slight tanning to endpapers. Inside pages are clean, bright and unmarked. Dust wrapper has a moisture stain on the rear panel, which is also foxed and toned. Colour streak on front panel. Some wear along the edges and to the corners. Crease on front flap. Not price clipped. The second story of Nancy Stanton by this author. Nancy engages in a fight to save Hemlock Ravine while her relationship with Philip Hastings develops. A few full page black and white illustrations. The author, a New Zealander, lived a while in Canada. .
