John Murray General Publishing Division, 1989-03-16. Hardcover. Very Good. 439pp. (cream spine) 1989. Large 8vo. First edition. A very good plus, clean, tight copy in a very good jacket. Original publisher's khaki cloth over paper-covered boards - copper embossed to the spine. No inscriptions. The text supported by a few photographic reproductions. Slight bumps to the head and tail of the spine. The jacket has not been price-clipped but is somewhat faded to the spine and to the spine edges of the front and rear panels of the jacket. A very good, clean, tight copy.
