Fair. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall. 359pp. Contemporary calf, leather spine label, text is tanned and lightly foxed throughout, endpapers, frontispiece and title page partially dampstained, clean tears to 4 or 5 pages with no loss of text. Despite the above shortcomings, the text is complete and very readable, and the binding is tight. Voyage and adventures as told by the author in a series of letters to his son.
